How the trial, cancelling and refunds work.

The free trial
A self-serve plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is taken at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then, from Billing in PageSoar, and you are never charged.
Cancelling a paid plan
Cancel at any time from Billing. The plan stops renewing and the workspace stays open until the end of the month or year already paid for. A change between plans is charged or credited for the time left, straight away.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, charged after you cancelled, or PageSoar did not work for you in the first 14 days of a paid period, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Other charges for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to one.
Refunds are paid by Paddle, our reseller, to the card or account you paid with. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net.
How to ask
Write to hello@skailstudio.com with the email you paid with and the workspace name. A person replies.
