How to tell us about a security problem in PageSoar, and what happens next.

Report a security issue

Found a vulnerability in PageSoar? Write to support@skailstudio.com with what you found and how to reproduce it. A person replies. Please give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else, and do not access data that is not yours.

What happens next

  • We confirm we have your report, usually within two working days.
  • We look into it, fix what we find, and tell you when it is fixed.
  • If you want credit, we will name you when we describe the fix.

What to test

PageSoar’s own website and app at pagelift.fly.dev, and the PageSoar Connector plugin. Do not test a customer’s website, overload the service, or try to trick our staff. Our security.txt gives the same contact in the standard format.
