Terms of Service

Who you are agreeing with

PageSoar is sold and provided by Skail Consulting LLC (Skail Studio) (“PageSoar”, “we”). By pressing the button that starts a trial, creating your account from an invitation, signing in, or paying for a plan you accept these terms on behalf of the business you use PageSoar for, and you confirm you can bind it. We record which version you accepted and when. PageSoar is for businesses, not for personal or household use, and not for anyone under 16.

The service

PageSoar reads and audits a website, drafts improvements, publishes the changes a person in your workspace approves (to WordPress, through the PageSoar Connector plugin or credentials you give it), and measures what happened afterwards. Suggestions, including those written by AI, can be wrong: nothing is published without an approval, and you are responsible for what you approve. PageSoar does not promise any ranking, traffic or revenue result.

We change and improve PageSoar over time. If a change removes something your plan includes, we will tell workspace admins by email first.

Accounts and your workspace

Keep sign-in details private, turn on two-step sign-in where you can, and tell us at hello@skailstudio.com if you think an account has been misused. A workspace admin decides who is in the workspace and what each person can do, and is responsible for their use of it.

Plans, trials and payment

Plans and prices are on the pricing page. A self-serve plan starts with a 14-day free trial; your card is taken at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends. After that the plan renews each month or year until it is cancelled.

Payment is handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales tax and VAT, under Paddle’s buyer terms. A workspace admin changes plan, card or invoices, or cancels, from Billing in PageSoar. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the workspace stays open until the paid period ends. Refunds are covered by the Refund policy. If a payment fails and is not put right, the workspace is closed until it is; its data is kept.

Your content and data

Your website, its content and the data you connect stay yours. You give PageSoar permission to read, store, analyse and change them only as needed to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models. You are responsible for having the right to connect each site and account you connect.

The text PageSoar drafts for you is yours to use once you approve it. PageSoar itself, its software, design and documentation remain ours.

Acceptable use

Use PageSoar only as the Acceptable use rules allow. We may suspend a workspace that breaks them, or that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell the workspace admin why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Other services

PageSoar connects to services it does not run: WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and the providers on the subprocessors list. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation; Google, Search Console and Google Analytics are trademarks of Google LLC. PageSoar is not affiliated with or endorsed by either. Other names belong to their owners.

Warranty and liability

PageSoar is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, rankings or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for PageSoar in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from Billing. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach of these terms. After a workspace closes, an admin can ask for its data to be exported or deleted by writing to hello@skailstudio.com.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email workspace admins at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use PageSoar after that accepts them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes first to good-faith negotiation and, failing that, to the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you agree to their jurisdiction. This does not take away a right the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.

Found a vulnerability in PageSoar? The Security page says where to write and what happens next. Please give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else, and do not access data that is not yours.
