Press Add . Below the form, Ideas from your last scan turns what the scan found into a ready sentence, what to do and why it matters. Log it as an idea adds it to the log. Nothing there predicts a result.
Link the change that tested it# When the change is recorded, pick it from Link the change that tested it . The entry then reads Tested by change and its number.
How the status is set# You never set the status. It comes only from the linked change:
Not tested yet: no change linked. Being measured: linked to a change still measuring. Held : the change improved.Did not hold : the change went backwards.Inconclusive : the change showed no clear difference. That is why the log cannot claim a win that Results did not measure. You can search it and filter by status and kind. A removed entry goes to Trash for 30 days. For how verdicts are reached, see how a change is measured .
