What the page audit shows

One page's audit tells you how many checks pass, what to fix, what to improve, and lets the agent fix what it safely can.

The page audit is where a single page is checked and fixed. It tells you what is wrong in plain terms, and which fixes PageSoar can do for you.

The top of the page#

You see the page's address (with a Copy button), its page type, and when it was audited. Re-audit runs the checks again. A box lets you also draw the page in a browser to check its layout, which takes about 10 seconds more.

Summary#

Page health shows a score and three counts: to fix, to improve and passing, for example "7 of 12 checks pass". Health is how the page is built for search, not the leads it brings. The Business box shows conversion data for the page, or says it is not available.

If some fixes can be done by the agent, Fix all automatic items applies them, or one at a time: use the button on each item. There is also an Ask about this page chat.

The sections below#

  • Plan: what would get this page more visits.
  • To do: each open item with its fix.
  • Search listing: the title and description as Google shows them, before and after.
  • Passing: the checks already met, folded away.
  • Page preview: the page itself.

A password-protected page cannot be read; the audit says so and asks for the password. Changes still follow draft, review, publish, check.
