Teach PageSoar your brand voice

Brand and voice is where you tell the agent what you sell, who it is for, what it may claim and how to sound, so every draft follows it.

Every draft PageSoar writes follows what you enter on this screen. Fill it in once, press Save, and the rules apply to titles, descriptions, headings and the rest.

What you are asked#

  • What this business is for, What counts as a win and Who this is not for.
  • May claim and Must not claim: the lines drafts may use and the ones they must never write.
  • The industry this sells into and, optionally, words that are not interchangeable.
  • Voice and Buyer persona: who you write to and how.
  • Tone words and Banned words: type a word and press Enter.
  • Terminology: pairs of what to always write and what never to write.

Each box shows a worked example and a character counter. Specific beats general: a sentence about your real buyer helps more than a list of adjectives.

Who can change it#

Per the role grid, Directors and Admins own the brand voice. Analysts, Editors and Approvers can see it. See Roles and approvals.
