SEO glossary A to Z Resources Finding and fixing What site-wide issues mean and how to clear them What site-wide issues mean and how to clear them Site-wide issues are problems that only show when pages are compared or followed, such as broken links, redirects and missing headings.
A page can pass every check alone and still be part of a site problem. The Site-wide issues screen finds those, so one fix can clear many pages.
What's holding you back# This section compares pages with each other. Examples it names: your definition page taking the search your product page exists to win, two pages sharing one title, or one search term split across three of your own pages. Pages that sell come first; below a dividing line sit pages that do not sell. Check now (or Check again ) runs it, and the screen shows when it last ran.
Across your whole site# Check every page opens every page and follows its links. It only reads and changes nothing, and it takes several minutes. It looks for:
links to missing pages, pages answering with an error, pages left without links, links that take more than one redirect, pages without one clear main heading, language versions that do not point back to each other. Each finding shows how many pages are affected, why it matters, and what to do. Where PageSoar can make the change in one run, a button reads Set up the change , and you see a preview before anything is written. A finding that needs a developer says so, with a note you can copy.
Pages that stopped earning# A page appears here when the weekly comparison finds it earning less than it used to. If none do, the screen says so.
A scan older than two weeks is flagged, since it may not match your site now.
