How a change goes live: draft, review, publish, check

Every change is shown before and after, waits for an approval, and is read back from the live page once published.

A change reaches your site in four steps, and you can stop it at any of them.

  1. Draft. PageSoar proposes the new text, such as a title or description, and shows the current version beside it.
  2. Review. The proposal waits in the review queue. A person whose role allows it approves it or sends it back with a reason. See roles and approvals.
  3. Publish. On approval the change is written to your connected site.
  4. Check. PageSoar reads the live page again to confirm the change saved, rather than trusting the site's reply.

Nothing reaches the site while a change is waiting in review.
