Billing, plans and cancelling

What each plan costs, how the free trial works, and where a workspace admin changes the plan, updates the card or cancels.

PageSoar has three plans, billed monthly or yearly:

• Starter: $149 a month
• Growth: $399 a month
• Scale: $999 a month

A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price and covers twelve months.

The free trial

Starter starts with a 14-day trial. A card is taken at checkout and the first charge comes after the trial ends.

Changing the plan, the card or cancelling

A workspace admin opens Billing in the account menu. It shows the plan, price, status, trial end and renewal date. From there an admin can move between plans, monthly or yearly, and change the number of extra people. A change that leaves fewer places than the workspace has people is refused until people are removed. The payment provider does not allow a plan change during the free trial: cancel from Payment and invoices to start over on a different plan sooner.

Payment and invoices opens the payment provider's customer portal, where the card, invoices, billing address and cancelling are handled.

If you cancel

A cancelled or paused subscription closes the workspace and keeps its data. Subscribing again reopens it.
